Organisational Information (please read carefully!)

• We provide room and board for the whole week (evening of 27 May to morning of 3 June). As a personal financial contribution people from the Western Balkans pay 25, people from the twelve new EU states 50 and from the fifteen old EU-states 75 Euro.
• People interested in participating are expected to send a personal CV plus the filled seminar application form by email to office@citizens-of-europe.eu until 30 April 24:00. Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.
• We will inform the successful candidates by 9 May.
• Then participants must transfer their fee to the bank account of Citizens of Europe until May 15. In order to avoid high banking fees, participants from non-EU-states can fax pre-booked travel tickets to the Berlin office, the fee will then be deducted from travel reimbursements later on.
• We expect every participant to be present fort he whole duration of the seminar. Otherwise travel reimbursement will not be paid.
• The travel reimbursement will be 70 % of actual cost. We need all original tickets plus bills or receipts as far as existent. For people from the Western Balkans, reimbursement will be paid in cash during the seminar, we take copies of your tickets and expect you to send the originals afterwards to Berlin . For people from the European Union, reimbursements will be paid by bank transfer after we received the original tickets.
• The seminar programme includes social activities and leisure time, but it definately does not allow for a lot of private activities. If you would like to spend a few days before or after the seminar in order to do sightseeing and enjoy Belgrade , we will pay your travel reimbursement anyway. For lodging in that case, you have to take care yourself.
• You will be lodged in a Hotel at the centre of Belgrade .
