Our aim is to lay the base for future activities by training and encouraging the individual participants and by creating networks.
In order to make the learning process as rewarding as possible, we will form teams consisting of people from different countries and backgrounds.
We want to develop interesting, challenging, demanding projects, which are realistic – only then we can learn something by doing this. The task of this training course ends with presenting the results to the other groups on June 2.
By giving priority to the learning process, we accept that the teams developing an idea together might not provide the perfect basis for also realising a project afterwards.
However, we certainly hope for realisations afterwards and will do what we can to make them happen together with the participants and the partner organisations involved.
The training Seminar will consist of presentations, interactive and dynamic activities, and opportunities to get to know Belgrade and some local NGOs.
