T4E- Belgrade

Trainer: Frank Burgdörfer

frankFrank Burgdörfer is a freelance expert in the field of civic education and project management. He develops materials for civic education and implements seminars, conferences, youth parliaments and simulations, particularly on the topics of parliamentarism and the future of the European Union and the European constitution.During his studies, he was an active member of the European Students' assocation AEGEE. For two years he was president of the networks "International Politics Working Group" and was involved in realising several Europe-wide projects such as "Ten Years of Transition", "Peace Academy Project", "Borderless Europe" and "Education for democracy". Frank Burgdörfer does research on European political identity within his PhD project and is one of the founders of Citizens of Europe. He holds degrees in accounting and finance (Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs Universitet), Economics (Justus-Liebig-Universtität Gießen) and Political Sciences (Hochschule für Politik, München)

Trainer: Slawomir Stoch

frankSlawomir Stoch is a freelancer working in the field civic education and project management. From 2004 to 2006 he worked at the Center for Applied Policy Research in Munich researching the development of the European Integration. He developed pedagogical materials for civic education and organised seminars and information campaigns mainly on the topic of the progress of European Integration and the EU enlargement. For two years, he supervised the network “Juniorteam Europa” with its approx. 150 young international consultants. In this context, he developed and implemented numerous multinational training courses for consultants and instructors. Born in Poland , Slawomir Stoch came to Germany in the late 90's, completing his maters degree in political science, European law and German linguistics at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Assistant: Nikola Pucarević

frankNikola Pucarević is a 23 years old freelancer working in the field of Youth Empowerment and Youth Policy. During past 9 years he contributed to the work of various local, national and international organizations and he's passionate about community development. Since 2002, he conducted more than 10 trainings in project management, strategic planning and advocacy for youth organizations. He currently serves as a facilitator in "Balkan Youth and Health Project" at Canadian International Development Agency. With diverse background, Nikola also worked in the media for 3 years, at the Radio Television of Serbia and later in Public Relations, as a Spokesman of Anti-corruption Student Netwok in SEE. He gained formal education at Research Centre Petnica on Ethnology and Anthropology, st21-may-07n Belgrade and will gain a BA in Communication by mid 2007 at Faculty for Media and Communication in Belgrade.
